Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Morning Wall Street accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when operating its publishing workflow.
Who we are
Morning Wall Street produces financial news and educational market videos. Questions about this policy may be sent to morningwallstreets@gmail.com.
Information we access
Our internal publishing application uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to access the Morning Wall Street YouTube account. The application may receive an account identifier, authorization tokens, and permission to upload and manage the channel’s videos, captions, comments, and related metadata. The application is not offered as a login service to the public.
How Google user data is used
Google user data is used solely to authenticate the channel owner and to upload, update, organize, and monitor Morning Wall Street’s own YouTube content. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or unrelated analytics.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored on a restricted cloud server with access limited to the publishing service administrator. Credentials are not embedded in public code, videos, or web pages. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including least-privilege file access and encrypted transport.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Service providers may process limited data only when necessary to operate the secured cloud infrastructure or YouTube publishing workflow and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Retention and deletion
Authorization data is retained only while needed to operate the publishing workflow. The channel owner may revoke access at any time from the Google Account connections page. After access is revoked or the workflow is discontinued, stored authorization credentials are deleted from the production server.
Your choices
You may review or revoke the application’s access from Google Account Connections. You may also request information or deletion by contacting us at the email above.
Google API Services disclosure
Morning Wall Street’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Website data
This informational website does not require an account and does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Standard server logs may temporarily record IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp for security and reliability.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The updated date at the top identifies the current version.
